Enid Sanchez-Bubb - Owner/President
Ms. Enid Sanchez-Bubb has 25 years results oriented Naval Aviation experience spanning Program/Project Management, Software Development, Supervisory and Technical roles. She has worked Navy Acquisition Category I, II, and IV platform and software development programs across PEO (U&W), PEO (T), and PEO (A). She has extensive experience leading highly visible, technical enterprise wide teams (Naval Mission Planning Systems, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning System Pilot Program). She demonstrated ability to achieve consensus and execute programs on-cost and on-schedule through direct, frequent, and clear communications with stakeholders of multiple and disparate requirements. Before founding C3 Innovations Inc., she served as the Navy Mission Planning Systems Deputy Program Manager where she provided dynamic, interactive and integrative management over a geographically diverse, 150+ member military, civilian and contractor team, and an FYDP budget of $250+ Million. She directed and guided the day-to-day operations of five Integrated Product Teams in various acquisition/Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process stages. She had previous experience as Branch Manager for Navy Tactical Programs under the Avionics Integration and Systems Engineering Division. In this role, she provided technical and supervisory expertise to Navy Tactical programs. Enid had the opportunity to work throughout her career in multiple, high pace, high visibility programs, such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), F/A-18 Aircraft Communication and Data Link Systems, E-6B Airborne Command Post modifications and numerous Navy helicopters Navigation, Software and Computer systems. She worked with General Service Administration (GSA) in several projects with the ARMY and the FBI as an electronics engineer. Enid has been a quintessential balancer of trade-space variables seeking to understand the “art of the possible” technologies with the “here and now” demands of acquisition cost, schedule, and performance. She is a dynamic, passionate, inclusive, and motivational leader.
She has a B.S. Electrical Engineering from University Of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and a Master in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology, Patuxent River, MD. She has DAWIA Level III certifications in Program Management; Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering; and Test & Evaluation. Enid graduated from the Senior Executive Development Program in November 2007 and from Leadership of Southern Maryland in Class 2011.
