Software Development

C3 Innovations specializes in software development, software Integration and test utilizing state of the art, agile development methodologies.  We employ open architecture concepts and service-oriented standards.  We interact with our clients through frequent communications to assure successful achievement of rapid-paced, incremental development goals.  We have utilized these concepts in efforts related to mission planning system software re-architecture.

Cyber-Security Support

C3 Innovations provides Cyber-Security support by drafting requisite documentation for certification and accreditation for test for authority to operate Navy products.  C3 Innovations strategic goals are to expand  capabilities to provide vulnerability assessments and testing.   Products currently supported include Mission Planning Systems and the Unified Video Distribution System.

Systems Engineering

C3 Innovations specializes in system engineering services with over 20 years systems engineering experience.  We have extensive expertise in the Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process and systems engineering standards. Efforts include the areas of requirements definition, requirements allocation, verification, system development; product delivery and sustainment/life-cycle support.

Program Management

C3 Innovations has extensive experience in program management.  Experience include Navy Acquisition Programs Category I, II and IV across the Program Executive Office Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons PEO (U&W), Program Executive Office Tactical Aircraft Programs PEO (T), and Program Executive Officer for Air Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault and Special Mission Programs PEO (A).  It has demonstrated ability to facilitate program execution on-cost and on-schedule through direct, frequent, and clear communications with stakeholders of multiple and disparate requirements.  It utilizes program management tools including Risk Management tools, detail Project Schedules as well as Earned Value Management (EVM). At C3 Innovations we understand Better Buying Practices and support should cost initiatives.

Data Management

C3 Innovations has experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Database Management Systems (DBMS).  DBMS is a single or set of computer programs that are responsible for creating, editing, deleting and generally maintaining a database or collection of data records.  C3 Innovations has worked with the following database models: flat file based data management systems; relational database management systems as per our involvement with mission planning systems (ex. SQL); and hierarchical database management systems (ex. XML) based on our efforts with Interactive Multi-Media Instruction and Electronic Flight Clearance.

Business process improvement (BPI) is a systematic approach to help an organization optimize its underlying processes to achieve more efficient results.  C3 Innovations specializes in strategies and methodologies to identify, analyze and improve existing business processes within an organization to meet new goals and objective.  We also provide change management support in the establishment of new processes and procedures.
