C3 Innovations is a small, minority woman owned software development, management, and systems engineering and consulting company.  C3 Innovations provides affordable solutions and strategies to migrate existing software into the latest hardware architectures, fully leveraging prior investments while capitalizing on open architecture and service-oriented standards.  C3 Innovations utilizes agile software development methodologies for interactive and incremental development.  With this methodology, requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration with the customer to deliver accelerated capabilities on schedule and within cost.
